Although our concept of co-creation is still in its design process, we are testing it in most of its aspects. And it’s working.
We believe that co-creation is the road to take in order to develop the future of shopping centres. If we want to shift from the traditional idea of shopping centre as a supply-driven machine to the new idea of places where the many people meet, the way to do it is by partnering up with IKEA store, our tenants, the local communities and the many people.
Becoming part of people’s everyday lives relies on deep and meaningful connections that are naturally embedded into the local context. We will be part of each local community where we operate to build strong, loyal, long-lasting relationships that touch people’s hearts and exceed their expectations.
We will work to actively engage our tenants, visitors and the local community around people-and-planet issues. Together we will create a positive impact on the lives of people, communities and the planet.
We’ll create meeting places together with our tenants by engaging, listening and collaborating with them.
Through shared commitments and mutual business, we will develop value-adding services for tenants, offering more than just basic square metres and through our long-term approach we will build lasting relationships.
